InStride Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support front desk operations in a podiatry practice. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and schedule appointments, while ensuring accurate data entry and smooth office flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer experience, and strong customer service. Experience with EMR and practice management software is preferred, along with HIPAA/OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers patients.
• Verifies insurance and demographic information.
• Checks patients in and/or out and makes appointments as indicated.
• Collects co-pays and patient payments.
• Answers phones.
• Monitors and resolves registration errors.
• Completes referrals and authorizations as needed.
• Responsible for tidiness of front office and waiting area.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of EMR system.
• Surgery Scheduling.
