The ideal candidate has 0-1 years of patient service or call center experience, can handle payments, and navigates multiple computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, or retail.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at time of service.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and register them; schedule appointments with accuracy.
• Coordinate and triage clinical calls to the appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with required forms and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area and lobby.
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Support billing and understand medical services offered by practitioners.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records accurately.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to support patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
