Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and manage patient registration and appointment scheduling with high service levels.
• Triage and route clinical calls to the appropriate departments or staff.
• Assist patients with required forms and paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to create a positive first impression.
