Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, call center, or retail.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems concurrently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Spanish bilingual preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high customer service.
• Triaging and routing clinical calls to appropriate departments or staff.
• Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate team members.
• Meet productivity benchmarks while understanding billing and medical services.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
