Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, experience in fast-paced service, strong communication, a team mindset, and basic computer skills (55 wpm). Bilingual skills are a plus depending on site.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in high-volume, high-intensity service preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Proficient keyboarding (approximately 55 wpm).
• Bilingual skills may be required or preferred depending on site.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and welcoming patients.
• Organizing and coordinating patient intake and other appointments.
• Accurately enters/updates patient information in system.
• Assisting patients with completion of paperwork when necessary.
• Scanning, updating and filing medical records.
• Answering phone calls in a prompt and polite manner.
• Processing medical insurance information and verifying eligibility.
• Handling cash and co-pays accurately and responsibly.
• Providing outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Informing site manager or assistant site manager of waiting room wait times and inquiries.
