Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume/high-intensity service environments preferred.
• Bilingual language skills required or preferred depending on site location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at the front desk.
• Register patients and coordinate appointments.
• Enter/update patient information accurately in the system.
• Assist patients with paperwork and insurance questions.
• Scan and file medical records; support Billing as needed.
• Answer calls promptly and politely; provide excellent service.
• Inform site manager of waiting times and inquiries.
