Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume/high-intensity service environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
• Register patients and coordinate with team for timely appointments.
• Enter/update patient information in the system accurately.
• Assist patients with paperwork and scanning/filing medical records.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Verify insurance eligibility and address questions with the Billing department as needed.
• Handle cash and co-payments accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Inform site manager of wait times and patient inquiries.
