Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet and register patients, collect payments, and support clinical operations at our Plymouth and Maple Grove clinics. The role is full-time with standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities include insurance verification, scheduling, chart management, and efficient front-desk duties while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong patient communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information per current practices.
• Schedule new and existing patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment information, directions, check-in times, referrals and co-pays to patients.
