Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative at the Edina Crosstown Surgery Center to greet, register, and check in surgery patients, collecting insurance information and signatures as needed while delivering excellent customer service. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with start times between 4:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

You will enter patient data, maintain charts and waiting areas, assist with pre-op calls, and support the center's operations in a compliant, respectful

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register surgery patients and obtain insurance information.
• Enter patient data and update charts prior to surgery.
• Maintain waiting areas and support front desk operations.
• Communicate respectfully with patients' families and guests.
