• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and over the phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and business partners.
• Collect co-pays and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
