Select Medical's outpatient physical therapy center in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and communicate with the care team to keep operations running smoothly.

This full-time role offers daytime hours with some evenings, and compensation of $18.00–$19.00 per hour, plus benefits such as PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, operations leaders, and business development.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
