Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all patients and visitors with a positive attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Maintain confidentiality while collecting and organizing important patient and business documents.
• Analyze health insurance benefits, verify eligibility, and explain payment policies and billing information.
• Determine and collect each patient’s financial responsibility with clarity and transparency.
• Support the practice manager, providers, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Understand and enforce HIPAA and OSHA standards in documentation and processes.
• Support staffing and operational needs by traveling to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required.
