Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet and assist all patients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Patient and Business Documentation: Maintain confidentiality while collecting and organizing documents.
• Insurance Verification: Analyze benefits, verify eligibility, and explain payment policies.
• Financial Responsibility: Determine and collect each patient’s financial responsibility.
• Collaborative Support: Assist clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
