Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, Dermatology Preferred.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Experience with eClinical and EMA a Plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with high level of customer service.
• Coordinate clinical calls and route to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Assist patients with completing required forms and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Support billing processes and ensure patient records are up-to-date and accessible.
