• Verify patient benefits and enrollment information during pre-registration processes.
• Collect demographic and co-payment information and support MyChart enrollment.
• Coordinate insurance updates and complete Medicare questionnaires when applicable.
• Assist with referral, scheduling, and medical records management; place reminder calls.
