Qualifications

• Nextech/ICP experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• Strong reliability with good attendance and punctuality.
• Exercises sound judgment in routing inquiries to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify appointment details.
• Handle check-in/check-out and manage calls/emails.
• Schedule appointments and communicate policies to patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for visits and tests.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances; enter data accurately.
• Explain billing procedures to patients and document in PM system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support front desk team during onboarding and training.
