Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer/patient-facing role.
• Must pass background check and provide work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer phones and provide courteous service at all times.
• Verify insurance authorizations and ensure accurate flow sheets.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily cash drawer.
• Maintain patient flow and communication to maximize efficiency.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies; perform other office duties as assigned.
