Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in clerical or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office skills.
• Proficient in typing, faxing, filing and handling multiple phone lines.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls with a professional greeting and take complete, accurate messages.
• Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
• Process orders and prescriptions in the computer system timely and accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and inform customers of financial responsibilities.
• Handle customer complaints courteously with problem solving and follow-up.
