Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and occasionally online.
• Receive, qualify, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and maintain patient demographic, referral, physician, diagnosis, and insurance information.
• Answer phones professionally and gather complete order details.
• Assist patients with equipment, supply, and service selection and provide basic instruction.
• Coordinate deliveries, setups, and equipment pick-ups.
• Prepare and manage delivery tickets, prescriptions, and required documentation.
• Maintain organized and compliant patient records.
• Greet walk-in customers and assist with retail sales and intakes.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, or full payments and process transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving service concerns.
