Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a Patient Service Coordinator to be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless and supportive.

You will verify insurance coverage, secure prior authorizations, coordinate physician referrals, and optimize schedules to help patients access care quickly and confidently. The role includes ongoing training and opportunities for advancement within the nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
• High School diploma or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations.
• Obtain authorizations and/or prior authorizations.
• Oversee billing reconciliations and weekly/monthly charges.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal departments.
