Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits management.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals and relationships with patients and providers.
