Job summary

Penn Medicine in Radnor is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to assist the manager and physicians, maintain a patient-centered focus, and help deliver high-quality care while supporting patient satisfaction and financial targets.

The PSC will handle front-office duties (check-in/out, registrations, scheduling, referrals, pre-authorizations) and oversee daily appointments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between staff and management.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• EMR training/tests may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager/physicians to maintain patient/customer focus and high-quality care.
• Oversee daily schedule and operations of assigned area.
• Check in/out, patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals/pre-authorizations.
• Serve as liaison between staff and management to ensure communication and adherence to policies.

Education
