You will be the welcoming first contact, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify patient information, and support our Practice Manager in creating a stress-free visit for families.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2 years of customer service, and strong communication, multitasking and computer skills.

• Collects patient balances.
• Copies medical records.
• Scans incoming patient records/reports.
• Completes end of day process.
• Processes medical records requests.
