PediaTrust LLC's Sanders Court Pediatrics in Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove is hiring a Patient Representative. You will be the welcoming first contact, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify patient information, and support our Practice Manager in creating a stress-free visit for families.
The role requires a High School diploma, 2 years of customer service, and strong communication, multitasking and computer skills.

As our Patient Representative, you’ll be the first friendly voice and smile patients and families experience - aka the VIP of first impressions! You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and help create a welcoming, stress-free visit for every family.
32 hours per week + rotating Saturdays
For more than 30 years, Sanders Court Pediatrics has proudly cared for families in our community. Our experienced and compassionate team provides personalized care for every stage of childhood - from those very first newborn visits all the way through young adulthood. We love partnering with families and helping guide them through each milestone along the way.
We serve patients at two locations and are proud to have a strong, dedicated clinical team that includes 12 providers - 10 board-certified physicians and 2 certified nurse practitioners.
