Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules appointments and verifies patient information.
• Checks in/out and end of day processing.
• Enters charges, collects and posts payments.
• Collects patient balances.
• Copies and scans patient records.
• Manages medical records requests.
• Supports core values.
