Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology, third party billing, and managed care preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.

• Completes pre-registration and full registration for families as needed.
• Ensures eligibility information is accurate.
• Obtains patient/family consents and enters forms into Epic.
• Queries MyChart and Care Everywhere as needed.
• Schedules appointments including same‑day visits and ancillary services.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicates wait times and coordinates with care teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
