Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport at the front desk.
• Screen and answer incoming calls; take messages and relay information.
• Verify outpatient therapy benefits and explain financial responsibilities.
• Manage referrals and prescriptions; communicate first-visit expectations.
• Scan insurance/ID cards into patient files and balance daily collections.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic space per CDC guidelines.
