CORA Leesburg is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient clinic. You will be the first friendly face patients meet, handling front desk tasks, coordinating visits, and ensuring a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

As part of CORA Physical Therapy, you will support insurance verifications, appointment scheduling, and daily clinic operations while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Recent customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Mansioni

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport.
• Screen and answer calls; take messages.
• Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities.
• Manage physician referrals and prescriptions; communicate visit expectations.
• Scan insurance cards, ID cards, and relevant paperwork into patient files.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles; provide receipts and balance daily collections.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment per CDC guidelines.
