Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Coordinator in Fort Thomas, KY to manage front office daily activities and deliver high-quality patient service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

This full-time role offers starting pay $20.25 per hour plus quarterly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to support patients and clinicians in a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting and check-in/out.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinicians.
• Assist with scheduling, billing inquiries, and portal communications.
• Triage and escalate urgent patient requests as needed.
