Job summary

Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused Patient Service Representative to support front desk operations in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. This role goes beyond a traditional receptionist, handling check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, copays, and front-office coordination with professional patient interactions.

Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred and prior experience in medical front desk or outpatient settings is favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Prior experience in medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, or outpatient setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; professional communication.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in EMR.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR.
• Support clinic flow and communication between providers and patients.
