Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required
• Experience in a medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in person and by phone
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances
• Schedule and confirm appointments in the EMR system
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support clinic flow and coordinate with providers and staff
