Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in medical front desk operations or outpatient setting preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and EMR scheduling preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in the EMR
• Maintain accurate patient records and scan documents
• Support clinic flow and communications between providers and patients
