Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience in medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, patient access, or outpatient settings preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in person and over the phone
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays or balances
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments in the EMR
• Maintain EMR scheduling and patient documentation
• Support clinic flow and communication between providers, patients, and clinical teams
