Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience in medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, patient access, or outpatient clinic workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally in person and over the phone.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/balances.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments within the EMR system.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scan documentation into the EMR.
• Support clinic flow and communication between providers, patients, and clinical teams.
