• Knowledge of medical office software for updating patient demographics, posting charges, copays, and scheduling appointments.

• Ability to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Record patient demographics, insurance information, charges and collections accurately and timely.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cross-train in multiple administrative support functions.
• Collaborate with team to achieve patient and department goals and participate in improvement initiatives.
