Clarity Vision in North Carolina is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our optometric practice. You will handle patient check-ins/outs, scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR record maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, professional environment.
• Check in/out patients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Answer calls, emails, faxes, and inquiries professionally.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collect patient information and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR system.
• Process payments and assist with financial transactions.
• Coordinate patient flow to keep scheduling smooth and wait times short.
• Support daily office operations and maintain HIPAA compliance.
