CityMD is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly welcome patients, register them, and coordinate timely appointments. You will handle paperwork, verify insurance, and liaise with the Billing team to address questions.

Strong communication and a patient-first mindset are essential in this fast-paced role. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with physicians and staff in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume/high-intensity service environments preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player with a professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Organize patient intake and coordinate appointments.
• Enter/update patient information in the system.
• Assist with paperwork during registration.
• Scan, update and file medical records.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and politely.
