Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients
• Organize intake and appointments
• Enter/update patient information in system
• Assist patients with paperwork
• Scan/update/file medical records
• Answer calls promptly and politely
• Verify insurance and address questions (liaise with Billing)
• Handle co-pays and cash accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Inform site manager of wait times and inquiries
