You will verify insurance, process preauthorizations, collect copays, and support EMR workflows with a friendly, patient-first approach. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills; a high school diploma or GED is required, with BLS certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification may be required based on department.
• Experience in healthcare or patient services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Verify and collect insurance information and copays.
• Process preauthorizations and EMR documentation.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to patients and families.
