Join to apply for the Patient Services Coordinator role at PT Solutions Physical Therapy.

Our Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs) support clinicians in serving patients through research-driven treatments to provide relief and restore normal life.

Location: Chicago, 2845 N Sheridan Rd, Suite 6400, Chicago, Illinois 60657, United States.

As a PSC, you will interact with patients, insurance providers, and medical professionals to streamline scheduling and financial workflows. Tasks include processing insurance verifications, managing prior authorizations, and following up on physician referrals. A patient-centered mindset and ability to work autonomously are essential.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Services Coordinator

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed following HIPAA guidelines
• Process insurance verifications and benefits management
• Obtain authorizations and prior authorizations
• Manage collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal departments

Pay Range

$18.49 - $20.00 per hour. Compensation varies based on experience, background, and location. Bonuses are not included.

Schedule

• Availability between 7am - 7pm, Monday - Thursday
• Friday 7am - 3:30pm
