What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain accurate records of service activities and client information in the CRM system
- Participate in sold case implementation and assist in preparing client materials for renewals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years of experience in a client service, insurance, or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
