• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients promptly and courteously.
• Verify demographics and insurance information.
• Prepare patient medical records for daily appointments.
• Update patient profiles and maintain records.
• File histories, labs, and correspondence in order.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Collect co-pays and balances, balance drawer daily.
• Handle patient referrals and EMR entries.
