Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone with patients.
• Basic computer proficiency: email, scheduling, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone calls.
• Review referrals, update patient records, and explain next steps.
• Maintain patient flow by confirming appointments and managing waitlists.
• Collect copays and balances accurately and professionally.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in all interactions.
