Advocate Health is seeking a full-time front desk navigator in Huntersville to deliver patient‑centered registration, verify insurance, and schedule visits. The role requires strong computer skills and a dedication to accurate data entry and excellent service.

You will interact with patients and families in diverse, sensitive situations, guiding them through the check-in process and coordinating with billing as needed.

Competenze

• Requires high school diploma or GED and computer experience.
• Experience with medical records software preferred.
• Customer relations experience preferred.
