Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to provide a personalized front desk experience during patient check-in and check-out. Training will be provided for insurance verification and patient education, with weekend/evening shifts as needed.

You will manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and support office staff. This role reports to the Office General Manager and offers growth opportunities within a high-growth eye care organization.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer-facing experience required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients efficiently and courteously.
• Verify insurance and explain options to patients at check-in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support staff as needed.
• Cross-train for other front desk or eyewear roles as required.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
