Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check-in/out and deliver a personalized patient experience. Training will be provided, and some weekend/evening shifts are required to support patient care.

Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred. You will verify insurance, assist with confirmations, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options during check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach in collaboration with doctors.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and support office staff.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed.
