ConvenientMD LLC in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a Patient Service Representative. You’ll be the first contact for patients, handling calls, scheduling, and registering patients while maintaining accurate EMR records.

This office-based role supports providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care. You’ll work 40 hours weekly in-office, bringing strong communication, organizational skills, and a patient-focused approach to a collaborative team that values growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a primary care setting as a Medical Receptionist.
• Proactive and confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Compassionate and patient-focused.
• Effective communicator and cross-collaborator across the organization.
• Technically savvy; able to navigate multiple systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong team player with initiative and reliability.
• Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for patients by phone and in person.
• Schedule appointments and manage the EMR with patient info.
• Register patients and maintain accurate EMR records.
• Provide backup support to Patient Advocate and Population Health teams.
• Perform general administrative tasks and document communications.
