ConvenientMD LLC in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator for our Clinic Support Center. You will be the first friendly face for virtual care, registering new patients, updating records, collecting payments, and assisting those in need.

You'll support in-person Medical Receptionists, help manage patient flow during busy times, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• Proactive and confident communicator.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate attitude toward patients and team.

Responsabilidades

• Patient Interaction: greet and assist patients, address inquiries, schedule and register patients.
• Payment Collection: collect payments, co-pays, and questions per policy.
• Virtual Flow & Coordination: coordinate virtual and in-person workflows with providers and staff.
• Communication Hub & Support for Clinics: act as liaison between virtual and in-person receptionists; support load balancing.
• CMD Technology & Offerings Expert: familiarize with CMD services and navigate scheduling and electronic records systems.
