The position requires a high school diploma, basic typing, and at least one year of clerical experience, with the ability to multitask and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have basic typing skills.
• Minimum one year of clerical experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 7 hours.
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients using the kiosk prior to registration.
• Escorting patients needing emergency assistance to the treatment area for registration and evaluation.
• Handling billing and information about insurable and non‑insurable charges.
• Registering patients accurately and providing excellent customer service.
• Verifying patient demographics, health, pharmacy, and insurance data.
• Completing cash handling duties and issuing receipts.
• Answering calls, filing documents, and assisting with center operations.
