The successful candidate will verify referrals and insurance, prepare registration packets, and support daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required, healthcare setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance and authorizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide premium customer service for outpatient visits.
• Schedule appointments and manage cancellations/rescheduling.
• Verify referrals and insurance information; assist CIU as needed.
• Prepare registration packets and ensure paperwork is uploaded correctly.
